In 2014, I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils and it was obvious the benefits my clients were receiving once incorporating them into each treatment so l became committed to studying and graduated as a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist in 2016. While completing this course I heard about Healing Touch which involves the laying of hands to change/shift a person's energy field in a heartfelt manner and have enjoyed this journey immensely after completing Level 4 (Apprentice).

My passion is to encourage others to live their life with joy, peace and self-love. I believe energy healing techniques can be used to complement each other so I have continued to develop my skills by attending workshops and courses as I believe spiritual growth should always continue.

In 2020, | completed a Women's Circle facilitator course and this is now very much my focus as I have learnt that women can heal themselves and each other through compassion, nurturing and support. If we give ourselves the gift of time we can listen to our own dreams and desires without all the outside chatter, so I create the space where you begin your own journey of self-discovering and healing.
